Ready for a dance fitness class that gives you a cardio burn, is loaded with cool repetitive dance steps, and is set to a Hip Hop or a club remix beat? We promise you will have a good time and you won't have to memorize any choreography, unless you want to. Just come in and get moving and put your own stank on it!

TURN TABLE X
Let's take your Turn Table routines up a notch shall we? In Turn Table X (pronounced 10 or TTX), we are gonna dane for an hour and do more choreography, more turns, more high-impact moves and try to get you looking like you've been doing this your whole life. Our routines are choreographed in different styles, on 8-counts and will be repetitive, but the instructor doesn't give audibles.
BACKSPIN
Learn a routine for TURN TABLE X. We will teach you up to two routines for our signature dance fitness class. You'll learn them step-by-step on the 8 counts. We will review them a couple of times so you have them down and can show them off in class. You can do more studying by subscribing to our YouTube Channel: @turnrva.

Z-TURN (ZUMBA)
Expect this class to be all the fun easy-to-follow dance fitness moves you find in a traditional Zumba class with a whole lot of International flare! Bring your friends, your fresh gear and your thirst for dancing and we will deliver a Zumba party like none other!

ALL DANCE MUSIC & FOOTWEAR NOTES:
1. We use songs with explicit lyrics. Be warned.
2. Dance classes require pivots, jumps, and turns. If wearing sneakers, choose a pair with heel support, and little to no tread to allow the foot to rotate without straining the knee. Bare feet, Slippers or Split-sole dance sneakers are not recommended.
