OUR POLICIES:
  • All sales are final.
  • Class packages can be shared.
  • Failure to cancel your reservation with a no call/no show 2-hours before class will result in a $10 late fee AND/OR loss of a class on your pass per occurrence.
  • We reserve the right to cancel class due to low registration 12-hours before class, as well as, inclement weather, or instructor illness.
  • Clients who arrive to class more than 15-minutes late will not be permitted to participate due to risk of injury.
  • Clients who must cancel Gold Memberships early must pay half of the remaining contract to terminate.
