FLOW IT DOWN YOGA
We call this the yoga class for people who don't do yoga. You know what that means. You need yoga but you don't like it. Forget going upside down or holding poses 'til you lose balance. We're going to help you with the simplest yoga poses and stretches to help you lengthen sore muscles and so you work on centering yourself. Then, we may do a little breath work before taking you into the next phase. That happens for about 30-minutes.
Our yogi, Barbara Crowder-Moore is going to guide you through the next 45-minutes of meditation. It will help you calm your mind and body before you head back into the life that awaits you. Trust us, this is the way out of all that stress and over-thinking.
